Certification completed… what next?

After getting one hurdle out of the way and heaving a sigh of relief… I am faced with another, much larger mountain to scale! What next? How do I start?  Where do I begin? While browsing around, I happened to stumble upon this blog on creativity and innovation. It seemed to be addressed to me 😉

• Create space for yourself
• Allow time for ‘play’ or to make mistakes
• Adopt simple techniques
• Allow interaction between yourself and your colleagues for a possible knowledge sharing session.
